Thanksgiving [2022-2023]

Afternoons are turning cold and dark even in always colourful A-Z.

Before winter really kicks in with all the excitement December brings, we took a moment to reflect on all the things we are grateful for by holding our own Thanksgiving celebration. We had a little teachers' choir going around the groups, delighting the children with song and smiles. The main course, pun intended, was the warm and cheerful Thanksgiving lunch we all spent together. The cornucopia of food was a large selection of traditional foods - corn, mashed potatoes, cranberry sauce, stuffing, lots of vegetables and of course the freshly carved turkey!

It was a heart-warming moment to look upon all the children gathered, as the din of the large group subsided with the enjoyment of a good meal spent with good friends..
