Our Team

We acknowledge that the teachers are the most valuable resource of any institution that cares for young children. We choose our teachers very selectively. As a result our team is well qualified, highly experienced, talented young professionals, who are totally dedicated to our mission and philosophy.

Every classroom has three full-time teachers: one group leader and two class teachers. Every group leader teacher must hold a professional qualification (a ‘Kindergarten teacher’ diploma or a degree in Early Childhood Education). All teachers are totally fluent in English and at least one teacher is an international native-English-speaker.

We work hard to satisfy the professional needs of our teaching team. Therefore, we regularly provide them with opportunities for their professional development (bi-weekly internal trainings, external educational programs, university courses etc.)

Professionalism and commitment to quality care are expected from all our staff at all times. Staff are observed and evaluated by management regularly throughout the year. This includes: clasroom observations and formal evaluation procedures, in order to ensure that our aim to provide the highest possible quality of English-language care is being met.
